Honey Chipotle Marinade:

¼ cup raw organic honey

2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely minced

3 garlic cloves, minced

Juice of 1 fresh lime

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro (for garnish

 

Instructions

Prep the Chicken

Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels.

Season evenly with smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Prepare the Marinade

In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, finely minced chipotle peppers, minced garlic, fresh lime juice, and olive oil until fully combined.

Marinate Chicken

Place seasoned chicken breasts into marinade, coating thoroughly.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally up to 1 hour, for deeper flavor infusion.

Cook the Chicken

Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
